
RETURN
We gladly accept returns for any bubblefunny ONLINE purchased product(s) within 30 days of the date of receipt for Hong Kong and Overseas customers (*except Mainland China Customer) . Orders must be in “Good Condition”. Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will either process your refund for returns, or assist you to place your replacement order for exchanges.
“Good Condition” means that the merchandise is:
The item is found intact with original purchase condition.
Items must include all accessories;
Items must include original packaging;
Notes:
For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
For warranty claims not related to product quality, we will refund the full cost of the product.
If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
You can apply for a refund before the parcel is sent, and you cannot refund after the parcel is sent. You can only go through the refund procedures after receiving the goods.
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get a 100% refund.If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund Arrival Time:
After we receive and your return and confirm that the returned product is not damaged and has the value of resale, the refund will be completed within 5 working days to your credit/debit card or account used for the purchase. You could do not worry about the refund problem.
Exchange or Return Condition:
Return: We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at the buyer’s discretion.
Exchange: We do accept exchanges. We only accept exchange: poor quality, the item was broken, or other item quality problems. In these conditions, we will pay for the postage. If you return it because you do not like it or size problems. Then You need to pay for the postage by yourselves(The postage includes return postage and resend postage).
